The easiest way to start planning your term is to get an overview of your available time. Simply write down your class timetable in a weekly planner. This helps you visualize free spots in your schedule that can be filled with study breaks, sports activities, or me-time. Once you have your exam dates, add them to your annual calendar to see all major events at a glance. Use the monthly calendar to schedule important to-dos, such as cleaning your room, doing laundry, or watering your plants.

Scan Planners with Structured AI

You can easily bring your physical calendars into Structured by scanning them with ✨ Structured AI. Simply open Structured AI in your tab bar and tap the camera icon in the bottom-right corner. From there, you can either upload an existing photo of your timetable or take a new picture of your planner sheet. Structured AI can also help you plan your free time and other activities around your classes. For example, you can ask it to schedule three running sessions per week while taking your timetable into account. It can also make sure you start studying on time for your upcoming exams. Color Code Your Tasks and Events

After scheduling all your classes, events, and exams in your Structured timeline, it can sometimes be challenging to distinguish tasks by type or urgency. A simple way to solve this is by color-coding your tasks. Assign a different color to each category, and use lighter or darker shades of that color to represent levels of urgency.
